I started with Saturday Sale – Scarlet Creative often have an item in the sale, and it is always very popular – I mean get at house (this weekend even a big house) for L$ 75. It’s a dead cheap. But this time I didn’t get the house – I bought the furniture fatpack instead, only to find out I had most of the furniture in there already. Oh well…

Better luck at Madpea where I got a set of bonsai trees – Two trees of a kind play the symphony of souls in sweet harmony.

At Black Sand I got a big sofa with some very naughty animations in. But even without the animations this big sofa looks good.

At Nutmeg I pick up a cute Wrought Iron Bed that does not fit this room at all as it is too cute, but maybe that is why it works…

The funniest and weirdest thing I bought this weekend at the Wander Weekend Sale was 4 mermaids – animesh – that I have installed in water filled crater on Bungernäs

Some times something grabs my attention and I buy that too. This happened this weekend too. I went to DeeTaleZ to see their new cheek bone thingy, but ended up making Bine fat instead.

As almost all weekends I also got some cute decor. A safe by Kunst, A cute sign by BAZAR, a woodblock fireplace by floorplan, the cutest set of elephants (I love elephants) by DaD, and a bench with pelts by NOMAD.

I hardly bought any clothes this weekend. But I am just such a sucker for elephants, so had to get these

Got some cute mittens – it is January you know. The Mint coloured ones are a gift from friday. and the black pair is a gift from Yummy.

And this cute sweater from Flora was also a gift at the FLF Cozyfest.

Hair Fair 2015 is over and we remove our hair to show that we care. Last year I wrote about Bandana Day, so instead of writing about that,I shall write a little bit about change. Oh, and I’ll add a nice little gallery of my Hair Fair Haul at the end of this post.

I want to make a little change to a corner of Binemist. I thought it would be the Buddha corner, but every time I log in, I see avatars there. It seems to be very popular, so I might leave that for a bit. But what then? I want to make a forest on the surface, as I have missed trees. So I’m looking at removing Bjarnes Bjerg.

I have truly loved that little island. I have to find somewhere else for the sea gulls nest, but I figure that would be well worth it. I’m even confident that Bjarne will like the new home that I shall build for him there.

But there is still some work to be done with my inventory, before the change can take place, so if you haven’t visited Bjarnes Bjerg yet, now is the time to do so. Taxi to Bjarnes Bjerg.

And now for my Hair Fair Haul

The second half of July saw the big Hair Fair. I am a big fan of SL hair, and I have so much hair you wouldn’t believe and most of it red like the hair I carry in my RL. The Hair Fair is not only a great way to see all the new styles that the amazing creators and designers come up with in SL, but it is also a great charity where a percentage on every buy go to Wigs For Kids. The last day of the fair, we all remove our SL hair and wear a bandana to show that we care. There was a lot of great looking bandanas at the fair this year, and I got a couple of different ones, but I must admit that I like the !ohmai that Anya Ohmai designed.

One of the things I love to do in SL is shopping. It is always fun to see what designers come up with. But showing you a picture of Bine shopping is boring, so here is one where she got stuck on a broken road driving to an Outlet store. A lot less boring.

I had a short holiday starting June 2nd – Ascension Day – and in the mornings I spend some time relaxing in SL. Fortunately Moolto started their Sisters’ Hunt on June 1st. It is always a lot of fun to be on a hunt, and the Sisters’ Hunt is even more fun. You go looking for a white box in shops all over SL, when you find it you touch it and get a gift and a clue for the next box. You also have wear special glasses which makes you look really silly, and I must admit that my avatar is so vain that she wears her glasses in her hand.

Apart from getting free stuff the great thing about hunting is that you get to see shops you may not would have found otherwise. There was one shop in particular, sYs Design, where I ended up spending a lot of money. But the best thing about hunting is that you meet a lot of nice and helpful avatars. We talk about the hints, we help each other look, and we have fun.

The jacket was cheap L$ 50, and I went to Lelutka’s store and was complete taken back by her Ultra Line.

I think I may have to get that dress. The only problem is, I am not really formal type of girl…
